The short version

ShipItFam gives you a crew of AI agents that builds software for you. You approve the plan and you approve the ship.
Your code stays yours.
The crew is an AI. Check its work before it goes live.
Connected apps such as Claude and ChatGPT act as you.
Paid plans renew monthly. Cancel any time.

By creating an account or using ShipItFam, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The service

ShipItFam is run by Yanko Ivanov (ShipItFam, operated by Yanko Ivanov). The service lets you give work to a crew of AI agents that plans, writes and tests code for your projects, shows you the result, and, once you say so, sends it to your git repository. The crew uses Claude Code, signed in with your own Claude account.

ShipItFam is still young. Features change, and we may add, change or remove them. If we remove something you pay for, we will tell you first.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old.
Give us true details and keep your login safe. What happens under your account is on you, until you tell us it was not you.
If you use ShipItFam for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
You need your own Claude account to run the crew. Its terms and costs are between you and Anthropic.

Your content and your code

It stays yours. Your code, prompts, files and project data ("your content") belong to you. So does the code the crew writes for you. We claim no ownership.
Our permission to run it. You give us a limited licence to store, copy, process and show your content, only as needed to run ShipItFam for you: running the crew, making previews, keeping backups, and sending your content to Anthropic and your git host as you direct.
No training. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Your promise. You have the right to use the code and data you put in, and it does not break anyone else's rights or the law.

Acceptable use

Please do not use ShipItFam to:

break the law, or build software meant to harm people, such as malware, scams or tools for stalking or harassment,
infringe someone else's rights, or use content you have no right to use,
attack, probe or overload our systems or another person's, or get around limits and security,
share your account, or resell ShipItFam without our written permission,
break the terms of Anthropic or of any service the crew connects to on your behalf.

If you break these rules, we may pause or close your account.

AI output and your review

The crew is made of AI agents. They can be wrong. They can write code that has bugs, security holes, or that does not do what you meant. Output is given as it is, with no promise that it is correct, complete, safe, or fit for a purpose.

You review what the crew produces. The plan, the scary commands and the ship each stop and ask you.
When you approve "Ship it", the crew can push code to your git remote. That is your decision and your responsibility.
Our security scan helps, but it does not replace your own review or testing.
The crew might produce similar output for other people. We make no promise that output is unique.

Connected apps

You can connect apps such as Claude and ChatGPT to your ShipItFam account. A connected app acts as you, with your access. It can do what you could do, which includes approving a plan, approving "Ship it", changing settings and deleting a project, if you ask it to.

You are responsible for what a connected app does with your access.
Disconnect any app at any time in "MCP access". Its access ends at once.
The AI company behind the app handles your chat under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for it.

Plans and billing

Prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.

Free: the crew runs on your own computer. No charge.
Builder: €19 a month. A cloud workspace that sleeps when idle, with 80 awake hours a month.
Fleet: €49 a month. An always-on server.

Prices are in euros and do not include VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.

Renewal. Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. Payments go through Stripe.
Cancelling. Cancel at any time in your billing settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that you go back to Free.
Money back. Paid plans come with 14 days of money back. Write to us in that time and we refund you.
Price changes. If a price goes up, we tell you before it applies to you. You can cancel before then.
Claude costs. We charge a flat fee for the crew. Your Claude subscription is separate and is paid to Anthropic.

Availability

We work to keep ShipItFam running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. Previews, workspaces and connected services can go down. Back up anything you cannot afford to lose. Your code also lives in your own git repository.

Ending this agreement

You can stop using ShipItFam and cancel at any time. To delete your account and data, write to us. We delete them within 30 days.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we must by law, or if your use puts others or the service at risk. Where we can, we warn you first. If we close an account for no fault of yours, we refund the unused part of what you paid.
Your repository stays on your git host. What the crew already pushed there stays as it was.

Liability

Nothing here limits what the law does not let us limit, such as liability for death or injury caused by our fault, or for fraud or gross negligence.

Apart from that, to the extent the law allows:

we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost data or lost business,
we are not liable for problems caused by AI output you shipped, by a connected app, or by services we do not run, such as Anthropic, your git host or your hosting,
our total liability to you for anything related to ShipItFam is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

If you are a consumer, you also keep the rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

Governing law

The law that applies to these terms and the courts that can hear a dispute will be stated here before general availability. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies. If you keep using ShipItFam after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, cancel before the change applies.
