ShipItFam is in early access. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

Using the service

You agree to use ShipItFam lawfully and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for approvals you grant and code that runs in your workspace.

• Keep your login details to yourself.
• Do not use the product to break the law or harm others.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving agent work before it ships.
• Provide a valid Anthropic API key or Claude CLI auth where required.

Your content

You retain ownership of your code and project data. We store project metadata and tasks to operate the service. Workspace files remain on infrastructure you control (local machine or your VPS).

Payment & plans

Paid plans, when offered, are billed as described on the pricing page. Founding-user pricing promised on the waitlist applies only to accounts that qualify under the stated offer.

You can cancel any time; your workspace files stay with you.

Early access disclaimer

The service is provided as-is during beta. Features may change, and occasional downtime is possible. We are not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
