The short version

We collect what we need to run ShipItFam, store your project metadata securely, and do not sell your personal information. Your source code stays in your workspace; model calls use your own Anthropic account.

In plain terms: account email for auth, project settings in our database, session events in your workspace files, and waitlist emails if you join the list.

What we collect

Depending on how you use ShipItFam, we may process:

• Account details from Supabase auth (email, user id).
• Project names, control settings, tasks, and changelog entries you create in the app.
• Waitlist sign-ups (email and optional answers you provide).
• Basic server logs for reliability and abuse prevention.

What we do with it

We use this information to authenticate you, sync projects across devices, run sessions, and improve the product. Waitlist emails are used only to contact you about access.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your repository contents to train ShipItFam models. Prompts sent to Claude are handled under your Anthropic agreement.

Your choices

You can request export or deletion of account-held data by emailing privacy@shipitfam.com. Workspace files on your machine or VPS remain under your control.
