The crew runs on Claude Code, signed in with your own Claude subscription. You pay Anthropic for Claude. You pay us one flat fee for the crew. We resell no tokens, add no markup and never count your retries. Every plan works this way, Free too, so your bill is exactly two lines.

Who works nights?

Same crew. Three sleeping habits.

  • Free

    Works while your laptop is awake. Close the lid and the crew naps right there. Open it and the job carries on.

  • Builder

    Wakes up when there is work. A new job, a routine or your answer wakes it in about 20 seconds. Ten quiet minutes later, it naps again. Asleep is free.

  • Fleet

    Never sleeps. It is up at 3:42 am with the next job already in hand.

Prompt-to-app builders charge credits per message, and a stuck agent spends them. Here you pay one flat fee.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. Every payment gets a numbered PDF invoice, waiting under Settings → Billing in the app. Add your company name, address and VAT ID once at checkout and they print on every invoice.

Are prices shown with VAT?

Prices exclude VAT, and your country’s VAT is added at checkout. Running an EU business? Add a valid VAT ID and you pay 0% VAT (reverse charge), noted right on the invoice.

How do I cancel?

In the app: Settings → Billing → Manage billing. No email, no call. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then you are back on Free with your projects and notes intact.

What if I want my money back?

On Builder or Fleet, ask within 14 days of your first payment on the contact page. A human replies, and the refund goes back to your card, usually in 5 to 10 business days.

What if I need more than 80 awake hours?

Top up at €0.10 an extra hour, up to a budget you set, and we warn you before you reach it. Rather stop counting? Fleet never sleeps.

My card got declined. Now what?

No panic. You get a week of grace and a Fix payment button in the app. If it ends unpaid, the plan ends and you drop back to Free. Nothing is deleted.

Can Fleet pay by invoice instead of card?

Yes, on request. We set up bank-transfer billing with a proper invoice and payment terms. Ask on the contact page.
